A vision is something that can often be created by a single individual. However, a great company can only be created by a team of hard working, talented people who share that same vision. Waiora is a company comprised of experienced, skilled and dedicated people who share a common vision - to help people rediscover their youth, health, dreams and more.
Waiora was started by a team with varied backgrounds and professional experiences. Each member of the management team has extensive experience with other direct selling companies, most notably Rexall Showcase International, and possess more than 70 years combined experience in the direct sales industry. This experience encompasses the areas of customer service, sales, marketing, communications, information systems, web design, finance, commissions and distribution. The team understands the industry, and perhaps most importantly, the needs of their Independent Distributors.
Here are the key members of Waiora's Management Team:
Stan Cherelstein President & Chief Executive Officer
Stan has been involved in the network marketing industry for 11 years. During this time, he has served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance, and Controller for two highly successful network marketing companies. With global sales boasting in the hundreds of millions, Stan has experience in every level of global operations including customer service, distribution, supply chain, information technology, commissions, finance and human resources. Prior to his career in direct selling, Stan worked as a corporate Controller for a billion dollar company and was an auditor and management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Stan currently resides in Palm City, Florida with his wife and daughter.

Eddie Stone Sr. Vice President of Sales
Eddie is a highly successful entrepreneur and is recognized throughout North America as an expert in network marketing. With 16 years of network marketing experience, he built a Distributor organization that extended from the U.S. into Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Throughout his network marketing career, Eddie has committed himself to being a great leader and trainer. He has authored many successful business-building tools, has lectured throughout North America, Asia and Europe and has trained thousands annually on how to build successful organizations. Eddie currently resides in Cary, North Carolina with his wife and their two children.

Darryl Anderson Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Darryl has more than 12 years experience in numerous facets of marketing and communications. With Waiora, Darryl oversees the day-to-day functions of marketing, communications and e-commerce design and functionality. He was introduced to the direct selling industry six years ago when he began working with Rexall Showcase. While with Rexall, Darryl was responsible for initiating and deploying all marketing strategies and communications plans; the management and construction of the content, design and flow of the company's online presence; and the development of marketing initiatives, company newsletters, magazines and educational/informational brochures. Prior to his experience in the direct selling industry, Darryl worked in public relations and television news. He currently lives in Parkland, Florida with his wife.

Joe Traber Vice President, Operations
Joe has 25 years of experience in information technology planning, design and implementation including nine years of network marketing experience. He has a broad range of technical knowledge and strong e-commerce expertise. He was previously a Senior Systems Engineer with the Oracle Corporation and was the Senior Director of Information Systems for Rexall. In his capacity with Rexall, he designed and implemented a global seamless IT infrastructure for 13 international markets. Originally from New York City, Joe now resides in Parkland, Florida with his wife.

Sonia O’Farrell Director, Events & Recognition
A native of Ireland, Sonia came to the United States in 1993 in the pursuit of the "American Dream." She joined Rexall Showcase's Customer Service Team in 1994 and has brought 13 years of increasing knowledge and network marketing experience to Waiora. During her career, Sonia has managed teams in distributor services, events and recognition. For the past 10 years, Sonia has managed regional, national and international events for groups up to 8,000 people with multi-million dollar budgets. Sonia possesses an incredible attention to detail whether it’s a small black tie event or a large event for thousands. For five years, Sonia has also managed Distributor Recognition where everything gets the personal touch. She has a strong, fundamental belief in recognizing everyone for all of their accomplishments. Sonia lives in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Richard Alianiello Manager, Distributor Support
Richard has 16 years of network marketing industry experience with an impressive track record in the area of Distributor Support. He began his career at Rexall Showcase and during his 16 years, he has managed many areas of Distributor Services and Order Processing as well as the role of Manager of Leadership Support, which was a highly skilled team of customer service representatives responsible for assisting top Distributor leaders. Additionally, he has had responsibilities in Events & Recognition. During these years, Richard has gained great knowledge of the network marketing industry and more specifically the needs of the Independent Distributor. Richard resides in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife and two children.
