June: With backgrounds in banking and legal accounting, we have extensive experience in the high-stakes world of corporate finance. While it was financially rewarding, it also meant long hours and a great deal of stress. That's one of the reasons that Roberto left banking-to become a holistic health practitioner, helping others to deal with stress in a positive manner. I think I was his first patient as I had the most stress in my life!
Roberto: One of my major goals in life is to help more people. While as a holistic health practitioner I can help others manage their stress, I was looking for additional ways to make a difference. Through helping others achieve a residual income, I can now support their dreams of financial freedom and independence as well as better health.
June: I am so passionate about the products. They have an almost immediate effect and can change people's lives. Roberto is a member of a research team at a major medical facility, so he also appreciates the clinical research behind the products. Knowing that Rik Deitsch is the formulator of the products gave us a great deal of confidence. I have scoliosis in my back and osteoarthritis in an elbow and my knees. With the Healthy Aging Formula that pain and stiffness is gone. Now I can even go dancing again and not have to worry about not being able to move the next day.
Roberto: We attribute our success to our business associates. We are honored to have a team of hardworking and smart people who understand the business. Like any business, its main objective should be in generating income. To start to see the benefits of residual income, you must achieve the Ruby level, and our goal is to help our team accomplish that quickly. We've found that if someone joins and takes it slow, then they slowly disappear! But if they have a fast start, they'll see financial rewards right away.
June: There's no doubt that the secret of our success is teamwork. Through our business associates we are able to accomplish our goal of helping more people. We encourage new team members to start off with a minimum of five people to join the business. The PaceSetter bonus is a great incentive and reward to them for setting the pace.
Roberto: One of the key elements to the success of any business is planning. At the first of each month, I review the organization and create a mini business plan for each leader. We work with each leader on what their goal is for the month and what they need to do to achieve it.
June: In addition to a strategy session with our business associates, we also have a monthly training with the entire group. We work together with our upline leaders to develop a system that works. Dr. Villar shares product knowledge, Roberto covers the compensation plan and I train on the 'how-to' parts of the business.
Roberto: It's that sharing and teamwork that allows us to help so many business associates. It's said that a wise man learns from his mistakes, but a wiser man learns from the mistakes of others. We're here to help our team. If they're happy, then we're happy.
