Jeff MackWorking in the real estate development industry, it didn't take long to see that I would need vast amounts of capital investment in order to be in business for myself. Just starting out as a civil engineer, that level of capital wasn't accessible to me. I was also cognizant of the potentially huge level of risk associated with the industry, where timing the market was critical to success. What I needed was a business that I could start without a significant capital outlay and that's what drew me to the network marketing industry. I started out with a good company and while I was successful individually that opportunity didn't reward the part-time entrepreneur. As a result, many in my team couldn't achieve the levels I had so I joined another company. I spent the next 15 years with one company and over the course of my career there, earned in excess of $8 million in commissions and bonuses. I say that not to impress anyone but so that they know that financial freedom is within reach through this industry in ways that cannot be found in other businesses. Even so, things weren't perfect. Over time the company I joined became something I didn't recognize. Since 1999, the company had undergone five different ownership changes and six different compensation plans. What that meant for Distributors was a company that had no stability and it became increasingly unclear what you had to do to be successful. Tools constantly had to be updated to reflect the latest plan and confusion and concern about income potential reigned. I became less and less confident that I could bring someone into that opportunity with a good experience. And the path to success for my existing team members seemed less clear every day. This created an internal conflict for me as I couldn't bring someone into something I no longer believed in. Having spent 15 years with one company, I'm not someone who jumps around from company to company in the industry. I want a company that I can spend the rest of my professional career with. When I made the decision to leave my previous company, I researched and evaluated dozens of companies to find the right one. That company is Waiora. I looked for a company that had all the right elements in products, compensation, timing, leadership and management. I looked for lead products that you could build a company with, but supported by consumption products that are better than what people currently use. I saw a compensation plan that richly rewards as you start out, maximizing your earnings as you grow and generates significant income at the higher levels. Waiora's track record of success is impressive and it provides unique timing - a proven company that is still ground-floor with most of its growth ahead (and not behind them). But for me, what really distinguished Waiora were its leadership and management. Even if you have all the other elements, there's a real risk if you don't know how the management team will act in making critical decisions. I saw rare team chemistry at Waiora that you just don't find in a young company. My experience with Stan Cherelstein and Eddie Stone gave me the confidence that Waiora was the right home for me. One of the keys to success in this industry is talking to enough people. In talking to people in and outside the industry, I've learned that there are a lot of industry veterans who are looking for a solid home with a company they can trust. Those new to network marketing are looking for ways to generate a secondary or replacement income stream and they are drawn to the opportunity for leveraged, residual income. And with Waiora, people are attracted to the incredible product stories and experiences that are happening to thousands. Everything starts with someone talking to someone about the products or opportunity. To generate and sustain rapid growth you must use tools. Tools are door openers or belief builders and they tell or validate the story for you. Hand someone a CD or the Rediscover DVD and let that tool tell the story for you. Then use your upline to bring about or validate their decision with a three-way call. Consistent, correct activity and the proper use of tools is the key to your success. When I joined Waiora, I kick started my growth by attending the National Conference and bringing the best, most influential people I knew with me. Events build belief and nothing is more powerful than the National Conference. Since then, the growth of my organization has skyrocketed and I anticipate that it can only go higher. I'm confident that Waiora is the financial windfall that will far surpass my previous opportunity letting me live life on my own terms. Waiora's success stories and testimonials are provided to Waiora by its Distributors and customers.
