Coming up this August, I will have been a part of the Waiora family for three years, and I have to say things are better than ever. I'm a lifetime apart from where I began. It started before Waiora, when I was 21 years old, working full time, for someone else, as an electrician. It didn't take long for me to realize that it was a job but not a career. Exchanging time for money and reporting to a supervisor left me with no freedom in how I spent my time. I began looking for ways to create residual income and couldn't see any job with income and time freedom potential until I came across a home based business opportunity.

After 16 years and considerable success, I retired from the network marketing industry, enjoying time with my wife Renae and our four wonderful children. I certainly wasn't looking to get involved with another opportunity. Every time I reviewed the industry, the companies all looked the same and offered essentially the same product. If I was going to get back in the game it would have to be a silver bullet product that would be consumed by the masses for years to come. Then I heard about Natural Cellular Defense.

John Haremza and I have been friends over the years and he called to share the information about this incredible product. I am so thankful that he did. From my experience in the industry, I know that timing is everything. The launch of Natural Cellular Defense had created an unprecedented ground-floor opportunity, and the timing was perfect. Amazingly, I look back and realize that for a distributor who is becoming a part of Waiora today, the timing is even better.

First of all, Waiora is now successfully established, and with the combination of Natural Cellular Defense and AgariGold, the products are in a class by themselves. What's more, demographically, there are more people today looking for alternative treatments what with healthcare costs the way they are, and the economy is a driving factor of this. With gas over $4 per gallon on average, the housing market, 53 percent more bankruptcies than last year and the failure of financial institutions left and right, the economics of what we're doing is staggering. The desire for alternative healthcare and the desire to be financially independent are stronger than ever, so the timing for this opportunity is phenomenal. People getting involved now are the ones that will really benefit the most in growing their organizations and catching that wave of momentum that is to come.

I do have to say, though, that I've benefitted substantially by this opportunity even in its infancy. I started with Waiora in August of 2005 with a lofty goal of attaining $100,000 per month in residual income. Today I have more freedom than ever, and I'm 80 percent of the way towards that unbelievable goal. It's amazing. The thing is, now my goals have changed. Financially, my wife and I are in a completely different position. Our checks are substantial, and our quality of life is outstanding in every aspect. Now, our goals don't revolve around us as much as they do other people. Now, my goal is to have ten people on our team make $100,000 per month in residual income, especially because I know it can be done - in as little as three years no doubt. The way things are going, I actually feel pretty secure that this can be done within the next 24 months. Plus, there's more momentum, which will only heighten over the next couple of years.

I have a solid system of success, and it's really quite simple. Contact as many people as you can for your first 100-120 days. I have to emphasis this — really get into the mode of contacting as many people as quickly as possible to get the ball rolling. Many people procrastinate, procrastination is always the easiest road to take, and because of this, it is our greatest enemy. If you look at people's habits, they want the easy path and so my keys for people are to get in the trenches, share with as many as possible, then settle in on prospecting three to five people each day for the next year to a year and a half. If all you do is get the Discovery DVD into the hands of these three to five people per day, with proper follow up and proper three-way execution, ANYBODY can do this. Whether you're wealthy or poor it doesn't matter; either side can win. I can't stress the importance and effectiveness of the Discovery DVD enough. I wish we'd had a world-class movie like that when I start!

Another strategy is focusing on the business builders, the product users are essential, but you have to focus on people who want to make a difference, not necessarily the people that need the difference. To build a big Diamond business, we have to prospect as many as we can about the business. I encourage new distributors to make two lists; a business builders list, people you want to be in business with, then a product list, people that need the product. Spend time with both, but spend more time with your business builder list.

I can't imagine life now as a broke electrician. I can't imagine being stuck in that position. So many people are, and they're looking for one of the Waiora reps to befriend them and ask them the question, do you know anybody who'd like to make more money? And really, do you know anybody who doesn't? Now is the time to reach out and share the incredible business opportunity we have. My life has changed beyond recognition and yours can too.
