DIAMOND CLUB members with Waiora, Geena and Yeu live in Sanger, California where they always put their four children (Bryen, Eric, Cerena and Abby) first.

My husband and I own a highly successful real estate company, and while we were introduced to Waiora three years ago, we were too busy to even take a look at it. We worked long hours, starting early in the morning and often ending late at night, in the belief that by working hard, we would be able to provide for our children’s future, sending them to private schools and ultimately to the college of their choice.

However, when the real estate industry took a turn for the worse, our business began to decline. It impacted our entire family, from where our children went to school, to how we would pay the bills. Yet, at a time when everything in the economy seemed to be doing down, Waiora was going up! I knew then that I had to give Waiora the attention it deserved.

Waiora gave us the opportunity to supplement our income during an economic crisis. Not only that, but I can work fewer hours, and earn more! We joined in October 2008, reaching Ruby by November, Diamond exactly 14 months after, and Single Diamond in our 15th month! Now Waiora is our primary income.

Waiora enables us to continue to live the comfortable lifestyle that we are accustomed to, but it also allows us to do it working less frantic hours. I can work my Waiora business around my family. We have two boys and two girls and even though I do Waiora full-time, I see more of my children every day. And, I can even fit in some showings of homes when I need to.

Through my day-to-day activities, I constantly meet prospects, while Yeu does outbound calls, one-on-one meetings and trainings. Working together, we see each other every day, whether at home or the office, and we love it. We each bring our strengths to the table, and that is why I think we’re seeing this success. Spending time with each other and our four children is so important to us, and in this way, Waiora has improved the quality of our lives.

Yeu and I make it a point to search for leaders to join us. Now that doesn’t mean the loudest person in the room; it could even be the quietest person, but it’s the person who has influence. We look for the kind of person people are drawn to, and then we work with them, strategically, to help set goals and chart their course to success. The most important success tip is to never give up!

Our inspiration stems from self growth, family growth, income growth and the joy of listening to other Members share their real results with Waiora. When you have something of such value to offer, people trust you with their hardships. Waiora lets me make a meaningful difference, and get paid for it! And in return, we have discovered a balanced life that is a much better way to live.
