Mark & June LoperA former marketing rep for IBM, June traded the restrictions of corporate life, to the flexibility she enjoys with her Waiora EMERALD CLUB business. Based in San Juan Capistrano, California, she lives with her husband Mark and they enjoy frequent visits from their college-grad children Brendan and Bridget.Coming from corporate backgrounds, neither my husband nor I had any experience with network marketing. As a former marketing rep with IBM, I knew what a good opportunity looked like and when we saw Waiora, it was unlike any other. And for us, the timing couldn’t have been better. With two children already in college and double tuition payments looming, I was ready for a Plan B that could give me unlimited income potential, without the downside of corporate life. Once we got started, it only took us a few months to achieve Emerald status, and we’ve been going strong ever since. I never go a day without promoting the many benefits of Waiora, and the more I do it, the easier it becomes! I love that I can do Waiora around my schedule, and not the other way around. I have two aging parents, and now that my time is truly my own, I can bring them to appointments or just stop by and visit whenever I want. Every day, I am inspired by my team. There are no egos here—just a team of great people who want to share the real results that Waiora offers. And our upline team is always eager to assist. Renee and Al Chittick, John Haremza and Waiora’s Eddie Stone have always been there for us and our team. I spend a lot of time at corporate health fairs with my team leaders. We create excitement at our booth (after all, everyone loves chocolate and Chava takes it to a whole new level). I was also fortunate to be featured in the national publication, Celebrating Women magazine! While I am a rather reserved person, it has become a wonderful marketing tool for not only me, but for my team. My two children, Brendan, 25 and Bridget, 22 got to see me as more than just “mom” so they got quite a kick out of it. They were proud, but my husband, Mark, was very excited for me. He’s my biggest supporter and has always encouraged me to reach my potential. It’s this kind of support that is so motivational, be it from my family, my team, my upline or the corporate team. I am always having fun. I’ve had new Members say they love our camaraderie. They could really identify with our “Waiora team spirit.” We have monthly trainings and frequent luncheons and evening events for new Members to learn and absorb our infectious team spirit. I think that sense of togetherness is one of the most important things. Learn from your upline but spend time with your downline. Our job is to help make our team members be successful. We have fun with our business and we make it a point to surround ourselves with people that we enjoy working with (if you can call it work!). We love what we do, and we’re committed to making Waiora a household name! Waiora's success stories and testimonials are provided to Waiora by its Members and customers.
